Terms & Conditions
Last updated 7 August 2026
These terms apply when you use the MBB website and place an order with us. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy and Returns & Refunds policy.
About us
MBB is a Nigerian lifestyle and food brand — MBB Collections (fragrance) and MBB Chili (spices & edibles) — based in Kaduna, Nigeria.
Your account
You need an account to place an order, so every purchase can be tracked by its owner. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Please give accurate, current details, especially your delivery address and phone number.
Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We’ll confirm the order, but we may decline or cancel an order — and refund any payment — if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. Product photographs are a guide; because many of our items are handmade, small natural variations in colour, scent strength and finish are normal.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include the item price; a flat delivery fee is added at checkout. We may update prices from time to time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is by card (via Paystack) or cash on delivery. Discount codes, where offered, are subject to their own conditions and can be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery timing and costs are set out in our Shipping & Deliverypolicy. When we can accept returns and how refunds are handled are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
Made-to-order items
Some items are made to order, including custom Gift Sets and pre-order pieces. These are charged at the time of order and prepared specially for you; once preparation begins they cannot be cancelled or refunded except where faulty or wrongly made.
Our content
The MBB name, logos, product names, images and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Our responsibility
We take care to describe and prepare our products accurately, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown here is the current one. For any question, please reach us on our Contact page.
