Where we deliver

We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Orders are dispatched from our base in Kaduna, Nigeria. For international delivery, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange it for you.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times, once your order has been dispatched:

• Kaduna: 1–2 working days
• Northern & central states (e.g. Abuja/FCT, Kano, Katsina, Niger, Plateau, Bauchi, Kwara, Kogi): 2–4 working days
• Rest of Nigeria: 4–6 working days

These are estimates. Delivery can take a little longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where couriers face delays. You’ll see an estimate for your state on each product page.

Dispatch

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (working days). Made-to-order items — such as custom Gift Sets and pre-order pieces — are prepared specially and ship once ready; please allow extra time, and note that an order containing a made-to-order item may be delivered separately from any in-stock items.

Delivery cost

Delivery is a flat ₦2,000 anywhere in Nigeria, shown clearly at checkout before you pay. All prices on the site are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Payment

You can pay by card (securely via Paystack) or choose cash on delivery, where you pay the delivery agent when your order arrives.

Tracking your order

You’ll receive an order number when you place your order. You can check your order’s status any time on our Track order page using your order number and the phone or email you used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also see all their orders in their account.
